Prominent Milan project at Piazzale Zavattari 12, formerly Siemens Italy offices. Known as Ivory, this sustainable building covers 65% of its energy needs with renewables, featuring geothermal climate control and rooftop photovoltaics. The project is by Piuarch.

The project focuses on revitalizing the original structure, enhancing verticality with new pillars and spacious balconies. TOPTAGLIO played a crucial role in the project, leading the demolition and preparation phases to uncover and prepare the main structures.
