In Carimate, within a residential villa, we successfully completed a controlled demolition project using the Brokk 110 robot.

The operation involved the demolition of the reinforced concrete roof and the perimeter walls made of solid bricks on the first floor of the building, for a total of approximately 300 m³ of demolished material, as part of a broader renovation project.

The main challenge of the intervention was to preserve the first-floor slab, ensuring its structural integrity during the removal of the perimeter walls and the overlying roof.

This goal was achieved through careful planning of each operational phase, the use of robotic technology, and continuous monitoring of the building’s stability.
