The redevelopment project of A.T. TOPTAGLIO Headquarters began with strip out, controlled demolition, and construction, concluding with the fit-out of the building.

The aim was to preserve and enhance everything that could be reused and retrieved, starting from the structure down to the materials.

Furthermore, after being completely renovated, the building was furnished using not only state-of-the-art materials but also reclaimed materials from demolitions and strip-outs of construction sites, where possible maintaining their original state.

Two additional key operations to reduce environmental impact were the decommissioning of the gas heating system and the realization of a 70kW/hour solar system, installed on the roof of the Headquarters, which cover the energy needs of the entire structure.

This project enabled the company not only to embark on a sustainable energy path but also to focus on employee well-being through the organization of both external and internal spaces of the facility.

These interventions not only align A.T. TOPTAGLIO with the parameters of the WELL protocol but also reflect the philosophy and « modus operandi » adopted by the company in every phase of its work, from the design phase, which largely takes place in its offices, to the execution phase, which sees its employees engaged on construction sites.
