We renovated a 125 sqm apartment in Fitzrovia to optimize space and improve energy efficiency. During the strip-out, we removed outdated systems, finishes, and partition walls to create a more spacious and functional environment, merging the living area and kitchen.

The electrical system was completely overhauled and brought up to code. We installed suspended ceilings with integrated LED lighting and soundproof panels. The bathrooms were renovated with new-generation fixtures and modern finishes, while the kitchen was redesigned with custom-made cabinets and built-in appliances.

To enhance energy efficiency, we installed an advanced heating and cooling system. The renovation created a functional, efficient, and modern space, perfectly integrated into the vibrant setting of the London neighborhood.
