In Sala Comacina, on Lake Como, within a residential villa, we successfully completed a complex demolition and controlled cutting project, as part of a comprehensive property renovation.

The works included precise cutting and coring to create new façade openings for French doors, as well as the remediation and removal of an underground diesel tank.

The main challenge of the project was the robot-assisted rock demolition, carried out using a Brokk 70 in a residential setting, which required strict vibration control and meticulous attention to operational safety.

Over the course of one month, approximately 40 m³ of material were demolished, thanks to careful planning of the operational phases and the use of robotic technology, ensuring speed, efficiency, and full respect for the existing structures.
