After the projects at Varesina 184 and 204, TOPTAGLIO has made a new contribution to the urban regeneration project in the Milano Certosa District by working on the redevelopment of the buildings at Via Barrella 6.

The first step was the complete strip-out of the buildings, covering a total of 11.000 square meters. During this phase, six elevators, three freight elevators, and the thermal, water, and electrical systems were removed. The work continued with the demolition of masonry partitions, bathroom blocks, and floors, including the underlying layers, both manually and with demolition mini-robots.

The renovation also involved the removal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM), totaling 1.800 square meters.
