An office building slated for redevelopment, with 11,000 square meters of intervention across 4 floors and only 4 months to complete the strip-out and demolition works.

Once the building was cleared of furniture and the mineral wool (FAV) remediation of the suspended ceilings and partition walls was carried out by our specialized internal division, demolition proceeded on the floors, screeds, and brick walls on the ground floor, also using a mini excavator.

Following the MEP strip-out, the waterproofing membrane on the roof was removed, while on the façade, after removing the window frames, we made cuts with a diamond-blade tool to create new door and window openings.

The biggest challenge on this site was the removal of façade panels, which was carried out using an excavator and crane, while protecting the roadway with a demolition tarp throughout the entire operation.
