ROVENNA
To enable the construction of a new swimming pool overlooking Lake Como, a controlled rock demolition project was carried out as a preliminary phase of the works. The site's characteristics, including limited working space and a particularly challenging environment, required careful planning and the use of specialized equipment capable of delivering maximum precision throughout every stage of the operation.
The demolition was performed using Brokk 70 and Brokk 110 remote-controlled demolition robots, equipped with hydraulic breakers for rock fragmentation and buckets for handling and removing the resulting material. This solution made it possible to work safely even in confined areas, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy and operational control. Over the course of two weeks, approximately 50 m³ of rock were demolished, with the project completed on schedule and with the precision required to prepare the site for the construction of the new swimming pool.
