Important redevelopment project of the historical directional center of BPER Banca di Modena, which transforms into BPER'S PARK.
With the interventions of demolition, strip out, and reclamation, we have begun the redevelopment of Building A of the directional center, the first historic building where BPER Banca was founded.

The building consists of 5 above-ground floors and a basement with an above-ground area of approximately 5,000 square meters.

For each floor, civil strip out, system strip out, and the demolition of internal floors, coverings, and screeds were carried out using controlled demolition equipment.
Furthermore, reclamation of hazardous FAV materials was carried out inside the false ceilings, as well as the reclamation of facade panels and the membrane present on the terraces containing asbestos.
The challenge was to keep active, during the entire demolition works, the power supply lines of the Data Processing Centre ("Centro Elaborazione Dati") CED of BPER Banca, the pulsating core of this building and the entire BPER Banca.
