For the redevelopment project of Certosa District, located at 184 Via Varesina in Milan, Italy, we demolished the former Sandvik headquarters, while preserving the old structures. We carried out the preliminary strip-out of 3 interconnected office buildings, and  MMVF cat.2 and ACMs remediation on the external facades, ferrods, boiler gaskets, and ACM sheaths. Following these interventions, we proceeded with the complete demolition of the buildings using a 30m-long arm heavy vehicle. Portions of industrial buildings were also demolished. Additionally, we conducted land decontamination and installed industrial floorings.
