TITO SPERI 8
On Via Tito Speri in Milan, we carried out a complex technical intervention inside a 10 story building office building with 2 underground levels.
It was a challenging project that required an integrated management of equipment, professional expertise, and tailored methodologies suitable for a highly sensitive urban context.
The intervention involved approximately 6,500 m² of office spaces, through a full strip-out program, including the removal of furniture, flooring, suspended ceilings, and internal partitions, accompanied by targeted asbestos remediation.
The activities included the demolition of bathroom blocks, walls, and partitions, carried out with the support of a Brokk 70 demolition robot—ideal for ensuring precise work in confined indoor spaces while minimizing vibrations and noise impact. For the handling and management of debris, a Manitou machine was also employed, optimizing loading and transport operations safely.
The project also included plaster stripping, removal of technological systems, as well as the dismantling of 3 elevators and 1 goods lift. To support these activities, a temporary electrical cabin was installed and managed, essential for ensuring continuity and autonomy of the works.
A set of highly specialized operations, performed using advanced technologies to reduce vibrations, noise, and environmental impact, while ensuring maximum precision even under the most delicate logistical conditions.
