HAUS of Dreamers, the new Golden Goose maxi hub in Marghera, designed by the same luxury fashion brand in collaboration with ML Architettura studio, is established in the brand's historic headquarters. Similar to what was done with Marelli 10, the headquarters of Golden Goose in Milan, we worked on the industrial warehouses on the site, converting them into modern buildings with a futuristic touch, while preserving the industrial archaeology of the structures.

TOPTAGLIO renovated three buildings with various purposes (including an auditorium, museum area, multimedia pathways, shop area, historical archive area, and offices) and constructed two buildings designated for the Academy and the concierge, facing an internal plaza with a water basin. We completed the project with the realization of finishes and the fit-out of the spaces.
