A 75 sqm apartment in Soho was completely renovated to optimize space and upgrade systems and finishes. After a strip-out phase, involving the removal of old fittings and outdated systems, controlled demolitions were carried out to create new openings and install two sky lights, bringing more natural light into the loft bedroom.

The electrical system was fully redone and included the installation of LED lighting and modern outlets, while the heating system was upgraded with high-efficiency radiators. Oak wooden floors were installed, along with soundproof panels, drywalls and eco-friendly paint for the walls.

The bathroom was waterproofed and renovated, now featuring a walk-in shower and modern finishes. The redesigned kitchen includes built-in appliances, a marble countertop, and a new ventilation system.

The result is a functional, energy-efficient apartment that balances tradition with modern living.
