Serio 5, the expansion of the Milan headquarters of Marelli 10, which we previously redeveloped, was another great challenge, launched by Golden Goose, embraced with enthusiasm by TOPTAGLIO, and overcome with the determination and dedication that have always distinguished us. Thanks to the use of specific technologies and particular processes, tailored exclusively for this redevelopment project, we were able to reduce the execution times of the interventions and meet the needs of the tenant and the client.

Just as we did for Marelli 10 and, in Marghera, for HAUS of Dreamers, the new mega hub of Golden Goose, here we converted two buildings, previously intended for artisan/industrial use, through renovation, while the third building, previously designated for residential use, was demolished and rebuilt. During the conversion and renovation, we also increased the volume, for a total area of 1850 sqm.

For this redevelopment project, designed by Golden Goose in collaboration with the ML Architettura studio, our skilled workers also built 550 sqm of terraces and courtyards for recreational use and carried out all the finishes and the fit-out of the spaces.
