A delicate intervention was carried out on the top floor of a prestigious building located in the San Siro district, on the western outskirts of Milan. The project involved the demolition on the terrace of a penthouse and subsequently the demolition of part of the swimming pool structure and the adjacent bar and gym areas. All demolitions and debris removal works were carried out using state-of-the-art demolition robots and wet-lubricated diamond disc cutting tools.
To transport the debris from the penthouse to street level, a crane was used to move big bags and small containers, ensuring the operations were conducted without causing any interference or disturbances with the daily activities of the residents of the building.
