An innovative urban redevelopment project of a historic office complex in the city of Milan, located in the Isola district. Through reclamation, strip-outs, and controlled demolition, we are contributing not only to the renovation of the buildings, which are being redesigned according to strict LEED protocols to make them environmentally sustainable and energy-efficient, but also to rethinking the very concept of work and business spaces.

Within the Bassi Business Park, we have completed the first of two controlled demolition, reclamation, and strip-out projects on the buildings in Lot 8. The second project involves the same interventions on the buildings in Lot 4. The combined total of these two projects includes 35,000 square meters of reclamation and strip-outs.
