As part of an important redevelopment project in Gravellona Toce, in the province of Verbano Cusio Ossola, our team carried out a controlled demolition operation inside an industrial warehouse, working with precision and in full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The work began with the manual removal of the "sandwich" sheet roofing, followed by the dismantling of the beams and trusses.

Next, the controlled demolition of the facades was carried out using an excavator equipped with a demolition hammer, followed by the demolition of the industrial flooring and the excavation necessary to prepare the new foundations.

Upon completion of the work, we handled the loading, transportation, and disposal of materials, ensuring an efficient process in compliance with regulations.
