In the heart of the vibrant Fitzrovia neighborhood, we renovated a 75 sqm apartment, blending functionality and style while respecting the original charm of the building.

After a strip-out phase to remove outdated finishes and obsolete systems, controlled demolitions were carried out to optimize the layout. Some partition walls were removed to create a seamless connection between the living area and the kitchen.

The living area was completely redesigned, preserving original details such as the fireplace and the natural oak floor. A practical study nook was added next to the large window to make the most of the natural light. The kitchen was upgraded with modern finishes, marble countertops and state-of-the-art appliances, which pair beautifully with the wooden dining table, to create a convivial and functional space.

The bedroom, overlooking a quiet internal courtyard, was designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation, featuring a king-size bed, ample storage space and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, also fully renovated, combines modern design and practicality, offering a spacious bathtub with a shower.
