Redevelopment of the buildings located at Viale Certosa 220

BLUESPACE CERTOSA

For Bluespace, we managed the redevelopment of the buildings located at Viale Certosa 220, transforming them into modern and functional spaces. The project initially involved Building A (3,000 m²), while Building B is scheduled for works in 2025.

The strip-out operations on Building A included the complete removal of furnishings, partition walls, systems, and flooring, affecting the main entrance, the four above-ground floors, and the basement, where only the partition walls and technical rooms (boiler/heating and electrical panels) were removed.

Subsequently, a new elevator shaft was built, and the flooring was finished with cement-based resins, industrial floors, and polyurethane resins. To ensure fire compartmentalization, EI 120 walls were constructed, along with new office spaces.

The intervention also included the refurbishment of the façades, the waterproof roofing membrane, window frames, and internal doors.

In the internal courtyard, we handled the fire safety and electrical utilities, and provided support to the Spanish companies responsible for building the storage units for the Client.

A project that is transforming the Bluespace facilities, enhancing their functionality and efficiency with innovative and high-quality solutions.
