At the prestigious Grand Hotel Bristol in Stresa, overlooking Lake Maggiore, we were chosen by Impresa Bellani to carry out controlled demolition works, contributing to the reopening of the structure in time for the summer season.

The intervention began with the demolition of the internal partitions, carried out with the Brokk 70 robot, ideal for operating in confined spaces without compromising the stability of the building. Subsequently, we handled the demolition of the connecting structure between the two buildings of the hotel, executed with the Brokk 110, a powerful and safe machine even in the most complex areas.

Finally, we removed the roof slab, ensuring precision while preserving the existing structures.

Thanks to careful planning and the use of the most advanced selective demolition technologies, we ensured a fast, safe, and efficient intervention. A construction site in such an exclusive location required the highest level of professionalism to allow the hotel to welcome its guests on schedule.
