After carrying out the strip-out and controlled demolitions, the property underwent a complete renovation, and the facade was redesigned using high-quality materials. Spacious terraces were created in the inner courtyard. Today, the building accommodates 23 new luxury residential units in Class A. The project is by Architect Emiliano Rossetto and Marco Zora - RZ Architettura.
